Gil is one of the most sought after trainers in the sport of boxing today, having paved the way for many amateur fighters to launch their professional boxing career with top promotion companies like Golden Boy Promotions and Top Rank.
Many experienced fighters have come to Gil looking to sharpen their skills and have discovered that with his help, they are able to reach a new level of competition.
Gil began branching out from the sport of boxing into the world of Mixed Martial Arts in 2007. Since then, he has worked with many of the top contenders in mixed martial arts today, preparing fighters for competition in the UFC, WEC, ELITE XC, Strike Force, and Tuff-N-Uff. In addition to coaching his boxing team Gil is a boxing coach at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas, working with some of the biggest names in the sport, including but not limited to:
